Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our San Antonio, TX location to drive daily store performance and customer service excellence. You will lead a team, optimize displays, and manage stock and operations to support profitable results.

Starting rate is $18.51 per hour with regular increases. The role offers growth within Skechers’ global network and benefits including employee discounts and interview-stage perks.

Qualificações

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Visual Merchandising: maintain product displays and store layouts to Skechers standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
