Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/shift leader or supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: engage with customers and provide expert product advice.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in basic retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure smooth shopping.
