Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader in Bridgeport Village, Tigard, OR to guide sales, customer experience and store operations on the shop floor. You’ll coach a team, drive daily goals, and uphold brand values around skincare, ethics and community engagement.

You\'ll lead by example, manage cash handling, opening/closing, and inventory while promoting DEIB and a positive team culture in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales coaching using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor to meet/exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed product recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance.
• Promote DEIB and foster a sense of belonging within the team.
• Cash handling and store opening/closing, deposits, and secure nighttime deposits.
• Lead attendance and shift communications to ensure preparedness.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
• Train team on inventory best practices and stock handling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health and safety standards.
