Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Tigard, OR is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, drive sales, lead training sessions, and foster an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach a team of sales associates, lead product education on our ethical values, oversee cash handling and opening/closing routines, and help maintain visual standards and stock integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: coaching and feedback to the sales team using store data and adjusting floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demonstrations to exceed daily sales targets.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and through events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Development: train Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and skills.
• DEIB: encourage open communication and inclusive teamwork.
• Operational Excellence: manage cash handling, opening/closing, visuals, stock, and compliance.
