Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics in Houston Galleria is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales, open/close the store, and help analyze results to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

You will train and coach staff, maintain brand standards, educate customers on our values, and foster a positive, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales coaching using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver a world-class customer experience and meet daily sales targets.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical standards, and engage in community initiatives to drive traffic.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to customers.
