Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a distribution team in Mauldin, SC. You will drive daily warehouse operations, ensure accuracy in vendor compliance, and coordinate cross-department efforts to resolve inventory discrepancies.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, urgency, and detailed process adherence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organization, and communication, plus proficiency with Word/Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and manage daily operations of the department.
• Oversee employees and all compliance functions in the distribution center.
• Coordinate daily processing of compliance reporting.
• Monitor and manage payroll for staff.
• Maintain hands-on accountability for department goals.
• Supervise daily activities, allocate work and ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Train employees on procedures; identify further training needs.
• Transfer vendor compliance duties to Capstone team.
• Manage employee relations with leadership and HR.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Participate actively on the warehouse floor during peak periods.
