Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years in Inventory Control
• Experience working in a fast-paced large warehouse environment
• Supervisory experience is required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Experience with vendor compliance programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and manage the daily operations of the department.
• Oversee employees and all compliance related functions of the distribution center.
• Coordinate the daily processing of compliance reporting.
• Monitor and manage payroll of staff.
• Maintain hands-on accountability for the department goals.
• Supervise daily activities; allocate work, monitor productivity and ensure quality and housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Ensure employees are trained and identify additional training needs.
• Partner with the team to transfer duties to Capstone team.
• Handle employee relations with leadership and HR.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards.
