Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC, a leading North American supply chain partner, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead the distribution team in Medley, FL. This role focuses on vendor compliance, inventory accuracy, and on-floor leadership to drive fast-paced operations.

You will oversee daily operations, safety, and training, coordinate compliance reporting, and work with senior leaders to address discrepancies.

Qualifications

3 years in Inventory Control
Experience in fast-paced large warehouse environments
Supervisory experience is required
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience operating equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

Own, lead and manage daily operations of the department.
Oversee employees and all compliance-related functions in the distribution center.
Coordinate daily processing of compliance reporting.
Monitor and manage payroll of staff.
Maintain hands-on accountability for department goals.
Supervise daily activities, allocate work, monitor productivity and resources.
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
Ensure training on procedures and identify additional training needs.
Partner with team to transfer duties to Capstone team.
Handle employee relations with coaching and HR partners.
Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards — 5S.
