Qualifications

• 3 years in Inventory Control.
• Experience in a fast-paced large warehouse environment.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and manage the daily operations of the department.
• Oversee employees and all compliance-related functions of the distribution center.
• Coordinate daily processing of compliance reporting.
• Monitor and manage payroll of staff.
• Maintain hands-on accountability for department goals.
• Supervise daily activities and allocate resources for high-quality output.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Train employees on procedures and identify training needs.
• Partner with team to transfer duties to Capstone team.
• Handle employee relations with leadership and HR.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards.
