Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Floor Lead (Food) to support the vegetable processing team within our production facility. You will train team members, assign workstations, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive operational efficiency across the line.

The role requires 2–3 years of production experience in food manufacturing, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and strong communication. GMP training and reading instructions are expected; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; mechanical certification preferred.
• 2–3 years in production or food manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot.
• GMPs and food safety training completed.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct safety checks and address hazards.
• Report unsafe acts or conditions immediately; complete JHA documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with QA to verify product quality and specifications.
