Job summary

I LOVE SUGAR is hiring a Floor Lead for our flagship Las Vegas location. The role focuses on delivering the best customer experience, leading store activities, and supporting management to maintain a high-selling environment.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with full-time status, and eligibility for PTO after 90 days. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in customer service, retail industry preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items for a short distance.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool.
• Ability to run a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service according to I LOVE SUGAR standards.
• Answer phones courteously and promptly.
• Assist Management in resolving escalated customer concerns.
• Operate POS register and handle all required transactions.
