Job summary

See's Candies in Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to guide the store team, drive sales initiatives, ensure outstanding customer service, and oversee daily store operations.

You will work closely with the Shop Manager and Management Team to mentor staff, handle cash procedures, inventory, visual merchandising, and policy compliance. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required.

• Proven success in developing, motivating, training and coaching employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and merchandising abilities.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to create a sales- and customer-focused environment.
• Motivate and guide team members to hit individual and store sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training team members on programs, policies and procedures.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and protection of assets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and communicate needs to management.
• Submit payroll approvals and other admin tasks as required.
