Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years motorcycle or automotive sales experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or dealership setting.
• Ability to present and sell F&I products effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales floor and assist sales associates in closing deals.
• Present and explain F&I products, financing options, extended plans, and insurance.
• Coach and train sales staff; report performance to General Sales Manager.
• Monitor CRM activity for lead follow-up and prospecting; ensure proper showroom merchandising.
