Dormont Manufacturing Co. in Chattanooga is seeking a proactive Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to drive daily sales and store performance.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill OMNI channel orders, display products effectively, analyze reports, protect assets, and uphold the company culture on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and ability to engage customers on the sales floor.
• Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration with teammates.
• Proven ability to support and guide a small team in a retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate the register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
