Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to oversee in-store operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will help drive daily sales, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on the floor.

The role requires strong communication, energy, and adaptability, with a focus on brand standards and teamwork across schedules, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills required.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead by example.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and company culture and values.
