Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining visual displays, and analyzing sales reports to inform decisions.

This is a part-time role with weekend availability. You will embody company culture and values while protecting store assets and delivering

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong communication skills preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills preferred.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive behavior.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
• Master adaptability and flexibility.
