Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead for our Arlington, TX store to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an excellent in-store experience and achieve daily sales goals.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, build visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and represent the brand with energy and a strong work ethic. 12–16 hours/week; Saturdays and Sundays required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
