Renuity Garage is seeking a Floor Coating Installer to join our team in Landover, MD and surrounding areas. This hands-on role offers up to $20/hour and emphasizes quality work, hands-on craftsmanship, and willingness to learn.

You’ll prepare surfaces, apply coatings, and maintain a professional workspace while communicating clearly with customers and teammates. The position may require weekend availability and a commitment to safety and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Capable of physical work (lifting, carrying).
• Professional communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and prep work.
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.

Renuity Garage is growing, and we’re looking for a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
