Job summary

Renuity Garage, part of the Renuity family, is seeking a Floor Coating Installer to join our team in the Landover, MD area. This hands-on role rewards quality craftsmanship and practical problem solving, with room to grow in the skilled trades.

You will prep floors, apply coatings per defined standards, handle materials safely, and work both indoors and outdoors. A valid driver's license and reliable work ethic are required; expect paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Floor Coating Installer – Up to $20/hr

Pay: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience

Location: Landover, MD and surrounding areas

Renuity Garage is growing, and we’re looking for a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work safely and follow established processes
