Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

• Experience in floor care/janitorial is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
