Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will maintain floors across commercial locations, operating professional cleaning equipment and following safety protocols.

The role offers direct hire, consistent shifts (early mornings), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Weekly pay is provided, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care: mopping, scrubbing and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Maintain carpet: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting.
• Provide general cleaning such as dusting and restroom areas.
• Operate floor care machines safely and follow manufacturer instructions.
• Report injuries and equipment issues to supervisor.
• Assist with other duties and maintain safety signage and supplies.
