SOLID Surface Care is hiring Floor Technicians at multiple locations in California. You’ll join a team to clean, restore, and maintain various floor types in commercial facilities, with paid on-the-job training for entry-level hires.

Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour, and the role offers paid training, opportunities to advance, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life/AD&D, disability coverage, HSA/FSA options, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Learn from experienced technicians to develop new skills.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers.
