Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to maintain and transform floors into pristine surfaces. You’ll work with our tools and methods to sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo carpets, and perform hard floor restoration. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team that values reliability and growth.

We welcome a strong work ethic, physical stamina to lift up to 55 lbs, and a team-first attitude for a fast-paced environment. Prior floor tech experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
• The ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs throughout your shift.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we’ll train you!
• A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.
