SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Floor Technician for the 2nd and 3rd shifts in California. Located in Hayward, CA, you’ll support maintenance of commercial facilities, focusing on floor and surface services. Training is provided and immediate start is expected.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of floor care experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel up to 10% may be required; background checks are required for client sites.

Perform maintenance on various surfaces including carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, and hardwood

Follow all company and client safety protocols and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled projects

Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for client needs

Who You Are

Located in California and eligible to work in the U.S.

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bring 3–5 years of professional floor care experience

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Able to perform physical tasks (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)

Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift

Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work

Able to pass a background check (required for most client sites)
