Job summary

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Floor Technician for the 2nd and 3rd shifts in California. Located in Hayward, CA, you’ll support maintenance of commercial facilities, focusing on floor and surface services. Training is provided and immediate start is expected.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of floor care experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel up to 10% may be required; background checks are required for client sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional floor care experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on surfaces including carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, and hardwood.
• Operate floor equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company and client safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled projects.
• Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for client needs.
