Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring full-time Floor Techs in Burlington, VT. Join a fast-paced team focused on maintaining clean, safe workplaces for our customers in various sectors including retail, healthcare, and education.

Starting pay is $21.0 per hour with benefits for part-time hours and eligibility for full-time employees. KBSPresence is used for timekeeping and training, and candidates should be dependable and ready to contribute to a respectful, prideful workforce.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions (English; Spanish where required).

Responsabilités

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs or safety hazards.
