Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Burnsville, MN. You will operate floor care equipment, clean hard floors and carpets, and maintain a safe retail environment. The role offers hands-on training and a direct-hire path with consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in janitorial or floor care is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing and buffing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
