Job summary

Carlson is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Vadnais Heights, MN. Location: Vadnais Heights. Pay rate: $16.00 per hour. Weekly pay on Friday.

Shift Schedule: 3:30 AM - 8:39 AM. Approximately 36 Hours Per Week. Consistent Early Morning Schedule and Weekend Availability Required. You will operate floor scrubbers and other floor care equipment, clean hard floors, vacuum, shampoo and extract carpeted areas, perform restroom and general cleaning duties, follow safety procedures, inspect equipment,

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment.
Strong attendance and reliability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous janitorial, floor care, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance.
Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed.
Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
