Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in Springfield, MO is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician to perform cleaning, maintenance, and floor care tasks across client sites. This full-time, permanent role offers day and night shifts with weekends, and starting pay near $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects when necessary and follow safety guidelines.
