Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Floor Technician in Scott City, MO. You’ll perform floor care tasks including strip/wax, extraction, bonnet cleaning, carpet care, and basic maintenance in a fast‑paced facility setting.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents (English; Spanish where state required).

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks: strip/wax, extraction, bonnet cleaning, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects when necessary and follow safety guidelines.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring additional service.
