Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard floors and carpet including mopping, scrubbing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting.
• Vacuuming and bonneting carpets; routine restroom and area cleaning.
• Operate floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions and safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues, injuries, or shortages to supervisor promptly.
• Support and guide junior technicians as needed.
