Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. in Buffalo, MN is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain hard floors and carpets across client locations. You will operate floor care machines, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with the Building Maintenance team.

The role offers direct hire, stable shifts (6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 35 hours/week), and weekly pay at $16.00/hour, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, EAP, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care: mopping, scrubbing, buffing on various surfaces.
• Maintain carpets: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extraction.
• Clean restrooms and other areas; dusting and general cleaning.
• Operate floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Report equipment issues and time worked accurately.
• Assist with other duties as needed and train less-experienced staff.
