Job summary

Sizemore is seeking a Floor Care Technician for our Bloomington, MN location. You will maintain floor care across hard surfaces and carpets, operating equipment with safety and teamwork. The role is part-time with a 3-day weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work with supervision.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers.

• Strong time-management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care: mopping, scrubbing, buffing on various surfaces.
• Perform carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extraction.
• Conduct dusting and general restroom/area cleaning.
• Operate floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Follow safety requirements and report issues promptly.
• Report time worked and arrive on schedule.
• Provide guidance and assist less-experienced staff as needed.
• Maintain organized storage and restock supplies as required.
• Support a culture of improvement and teamwork.
