Job summary

CW Resources is seeking a Floor Care Technician at the FBI Academy, Quantico, VA. The role keeps our spaces spotless using buffers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet extractors, with responsibilities from daily cleaning to deep maintenance.

You will work Monday–Friday, with safety gear and training provided. Minimum 1 year of floor care experience is required and government base access is a must. Join a mission-driven team committed to quality facilities management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a floor care technician, janitor, or similar role.
• Experience using buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, burnishers, and vacuums.
• Knowledge of floor types (tile, vinyl, carpet, concrete) and proper cleaning methods.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care machines (buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, burnishers, vacuums) for daily tasks.
• Perform stripping, waxing, and deep-cleaning as scheduled.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisor for equipment issues, supplies, or floor damage.
