CW Resources is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors at the FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia. The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience and involves cleaning tile, vinyl, carpet, and concrete surfaces with buffers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet extractors.

You will perform sweeping, mopping, and deep cleaning, follow safety protocols, and ensure equipment is well-maintained. This is an on-site position with strong safety values and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a floorcare technician, janitor, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care machines (buffers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors) to complete daily tasks.
• Perform regular sweeping, mopping, and deep cleaning to maintain floors.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Monitor equipment and keep spaces clean, safe, and professional.
