Job summary

Vonachen Group is hiring a Floor Care Technician for Stevens Point, WI. The role is full-time, second shift (Mon-Fri 5pm-1:30am) with pay between $18 and $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include floor care, equipment maintenance, and coordinating activities with customers to ensure quality service. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of floor care experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Reliability and ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General floor care: dust, mop, scrub, buff, vacuum, bonnet.
• Periodic floor care: scrub/wax, strip/wax, extract, pressure wash.
• Maintain floor equipment and supplies; coordinate with customers.
• Ensure a safe work environment; perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills / Requirements

The Floor Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care, using the latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• General floor care activities e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet
• Periodic floor care activities e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing
• Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between the customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job requirements:
