Job summary

Vonachen Group seeks a Floor Tech to manage all floor care tasks using modern custodial equipment, ensuring high-quality service and a safe work environment. The role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to serve a diverse group and uphold customer service commitments.

Two positions are available: Full Time 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00a–2:00p, at $17.50/hr with full benefits and daily pay option. Weekend availability is required; pre-employment requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to work with little supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptable to changing work plans
• Customer-oriented and friendly

Responsibilities

• Perform general floor care: dusting, wet mopping, scrubbing and buffing, vacuuming, bonnet cleaning
• Periodic floor care: scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure-washing
• Maintain floor equipment and supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

The Floor Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care using the latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment. Thisperson must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.
