Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a General Cleaner to perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning on the 2nd shift. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and a customer-oriented approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction in a fast-paced facility setting.

The position is full-time on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm) in Marinette, WI. Daily pay option is available along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life,

Responsibilities

• Clean, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning; trash removal.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms.
• Inform management of safety hazards or needed repairs.
• Monitor building security and safety; lock doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and trainings as assigned by supervisor.

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
