Vonachen Group is hiring a Floor Care Tech/Project Tech in Des Moines, IA. The role covers all floor care tasks using the latest custodial equipment to meet high service standards while adhering to company policies and promoting a safe workplace.

The position requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group and maintain excellent customer service. 2nd shift, full-time with benefits and Daily Pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid driving license and clean MVR
• Reliable transportation is required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work plans
• Customer-oriented and friendly

Responsibilities

• General floor care: dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, bonnet
• Periodic floor care: scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure wash
• Manage and maintain floor equipment and supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

Vonachen Group is looking to hire a Floor Care Tech/Project Tech in Des Moines, IA.

The Floor Tech/Project Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care, using the latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• General floor care activities e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet
• Periodic floor care activities e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing
• Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between the customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Skills and Abilities
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR

Details:

• Full Time- 2nd Shift- Monday- Friday
• $18/hour
