Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a part-time Floor Tech in Jackson, TN to perform floor care using advanced custodial equipment and maintain a safe work environment. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The position includes a 2nd shift on weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday 5am-5pm) with a starting wage of $20 per hour and benefits after 60 days, plus daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work plan.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• General floor care activities e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet.
• Periodic floor care activities e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing.
• Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate activities between the customers and the company.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

The Floor Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care, using the latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.
