Job summary

Vonachen Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Floor Tech to perform high-quality floor care using the latest custodial equipment. The role demands energy, enthusiasm and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Reliability and transportation to and from worksites are required.
• Ability to work with little supervision and follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing work plans and shifting priorities.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years in floor care preferred.
• Physical tasks include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• General floor care activities e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet
• Periodic floor care activities e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing
• Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Coordinate activities between the customers and the company
• Complete other duties as assigned

The Floor Tech is responsible for all aspects of floor care, using the latest custodial equipment to provide high quality service levels while adhering to company policies and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Details:

• Full-time 2nd Shift
• Mon-Fri 5pm-1:30am
• $18-20/hr
