Job summary

Vonachen Group is hiring a Floor Tech to perform all aspects of floor care using up-to-date custodial equipment. The role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to serve a diverse client base and uphold top customer service standards.

The position is full-time on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:30p-12:30a) with full benefits, PTO, and daily pay options. Candidates must meet basic requirements and be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing workplan.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Generalfloor care activities e.g., dust and wet mop, scrub and buff, vacuum, and bonnet.
• Periodic floor care activities e.g., scrub and wax, strip and wax, vacuum and extract, pressure washing.
• Manages and maintains floor equipment and floor supplies.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate activities between the customers and the company.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
