Job summary

Commercial Flooring Systems, Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Floor Technician to join our facilities team in Omaha. You will clean and maintain tile, carpet, vinyl, concrete, and hardwood floors to keep environments clean, safe, and attractive.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors; carpet extraction; equipment upkeep; and assisting with general janitorial duties. Evening/weekend availability, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and operate cleaning equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Commercial Flooring Systems is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Floor Technician to join our facilities team. The Floor Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various types of flooring, including tile, carpet, vinyl, concrete, and hardwood, to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for floor care and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

You must have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to and from our facility at 108th and L Street.
