Job summary

Environment Control Ohio Valley, Inc. is seeking a reliable Floor Care / Janitorial Technician to keep facilities clean and safe. Evening hours with daytime shifts as needed; look for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.

You will operate floor care equipment, perform routine and deep floor care, and follow safety guidelines. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, and be punctual. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience is required, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance.
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (auto scrubbers, buffers, etc.).
• Knowledge of proper floor care products and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
