The Floor Care Technician at Sizemore Group will be responsible for maintaining floor surfaces and carpets at multiple commercial locations in Massillon, OH. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work independently.
• Respectful communication with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Comfort working in a multi-ethnic environment and team setting.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance per time-sensitive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extraction.
• Clean restrooms and surrounding areas; dusting and surface cleaning.
• Operate floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Report safety issues, injuries, and equipment problems promptly.
• Maintain organized storage and replenish supplies as needed.
• Assist with additional duties like floor stripping and training others.
