Sizemore, Inc. is hiring dependable Floor Care Technicians to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming retail environments in Medina, Ohio. The position is full-time in a fast-paced, hands-on role with very early morning shifts.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid training, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous floor care/janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn operating professional floor care equipment.
• Dependable transportation to the work location.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, burnish, and maintain hard-surface flooring.
• Vacuum, shampoo, spot-clean, and extract carpeted areas.
• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and other floor care equipment safely.
• Clean restrooms, offices, breakrooms, entrances, and other areas.
• Remove trash and maintain clean, organized work and storage areas.
• Follow daily task lists and complete assignments within scheduled hours.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues or shortages.
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions.
