The Floor Care Technician at Sizemore Group will be responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting, onsite at client locations with limited supervision.

You will operate floor care equipment safely, follow safety procedures, and work with the Building Maintenance team to ensure clean, safe facilities. The role offers a steady 40-hour week with early shifts in Minnetonka, MN.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Good time management and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Handles hard floor care, including routine mopping, scrubbing and buffing.
• Provides carpet maintenance such as vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Performs general cleaning tasks and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Operates floor care machines safely and reports equipment issues.
• Supports team with training and guidance as needed.
• Meets attendance and punctuality requirements.
