Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in floor care is preferred but not required.
• Dependable transportation to and from the work location.
• Strong attendance, punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Flexibility for very early morning hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, buff, burnish, and maintain hard-surface flooring.
• Vacuum, shampoo, spot-clean, and extract carpeted areas.
• Operate floor scrubbers and buffers safely.
• Clean restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Remove trash and keep areas organized.
• Follow daily task lists and scheduled hours.
• Report equipment issues or supply shortages.
