Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpets across client locations in West Allis/ Milwaukee area. You will operate floor cleaning equipment, follow safety rules, and support a collaborative building maintenance team.

The role requires reliable, detail-minded individuals who can handle night shifts, Monday through Sunday schedules, and on-site work with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate respectfully with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Demonstrates punctuality, reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care: mopping, scrubbing and buffing on various surfaces.
• Maintain carpets: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extraction as needed.
• Clean restrooms and other areas; dusting and general housekeeping.
• Operate floor care machines safely and follow manufacturer instructions.
• Report equipment issues and assist with routine safety checks.
• Follow schedule, timekeeping, and store policy; support team goals.
• Assist with additional duties and floor care projects as assigned.
