Qualifications

• Experience with carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate carpet and floor care equipment and related tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community using specialized equipment.
• Dispose of waste properly and safely.
• Set up rooms for events using work orders and maintain floors/carpets.
• Assist with moving and delivering heavy objects/packages.
• Remove trash including refuse and recycling.
• Clean hard floors and carpets (scrubbing, mopping, waxing, extraction, vacuuming).
